2017 was a busy international year for the band, including the Rock in Opposition Festival (FR) alongside Gong and Faust, 4 weeks of European tours and the re-release of Fun With Music in CD format with AltrOck (IT), with whom the band recently signed. More recently the significance of the band's multi-media work has been recognised with an exciting two-year cultural partnership with Edge Hill University develoiping unique commisions.

Fun with Music (Pickled Egg), 'Liverpool's multi-genre veterans' (The Skinny) a.P.A.t.T. have condensed their vision-quest into 45 minutes of hooky, style-busting material. The BBC's Stuart Maconie described it as... 'their most accessible yet...in a freaky kinda way'. BBC Radio 1 also awarded a.P.A.t.T. 'Album of the Week' for Black & White Mass (Pickled Egg).

5 albums, 3 EPs and a number of singles are available through Cargo, Upset the Rhythm, Pickled Egg, ! a N G R r ! and POSTMUSIC.

a.P.A.t.T. are currently working with Udi Koomran (Soft Machine, Ariel Pink, Present) on new forthcoming material to be released on AltrOck (IT) and Pickled Egg (UK)

a.P.A.t.T. has toured and played with the esteemed artists Daniel Johnston, Secret Chiefs 3, Sax Ruins, R. Stevie Moore, Charles Hayward, Lightning Bolt, Icy Demons, Y.A.C.H.T., Acid Mothers Temple, The Locust, Upsilon Acrux, and the Sun Ra Arkestra.
